What are your average shipping times?
We aim to ship all in stock orders the same day of payment. If for any reason your item is unavailable, a member of our team will be in touch to advise you and recommend some alternatives. Items that are not in stock are usually dispatched within 4 working days. Please note that all our items that you see in La Femme Sexy are held in stock unless made to order. We won't ask you to wait 21-28 days for your lingerie!
What if the order doesn't fit?
No problem. If the outfit or item does not fit. Return the outfit/item un-used, un-damaged in original un-damaged packaging complete with tags attached. Once outfit/item has been returned by recorded delivery we will refund your payment within 3 working days less postage charges. Please also see Terms & Conditions for exceptions.
How do I know you are secure?
We have a completely secure payment processor, PayPal. Paypal are the most popular, most secure and most used in the world. With more users now switching to Paypal to process their orders you cannot use a safer method on the web. Be advised you don't need a paypal account to pay using paypal!
How can I find what I want?
We have an easy to follow menu system that can be accessed from any web page. From this menu you can select what type of item you want. If you want to search for a specific item from our massive range use our search feature.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your goods using any major credit card or debit card via our secure payment portal. All our online transactions are handled by PayPal. Don't want to pay online? No problem. We also accept cheque & Postal/Money orders.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
Yes. As long as your order has not been shipped we can cancel your order any time you wish, simply contact us to do this. Please note made to measure item orders, once manufacturing has commenced, cannot be cancelled.
