General
All goods supplied by us remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 5 days of the delivery date All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by Industrial Action or other major event which is beyond our control.
Shipping
Our products are carefully packed and usually shipped within 4-Working days of the order being placed. The cost of delivery shown is for UK mainland deliveries only. Delivery to other destinations will be subject to an extra charge. Charges for delivery are for "postage and packaging". Leg Avenue products have a delivery time of anything up to 28 days due to them arriving from us direct from the USA.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain countries.
Returns Policy
If you have received an item and it is damaged or not as described/advertised, simply return the item unused and in it's original un-damaged packaging and complete with tags attached within 7-days of receipt and with your invoice/packing slip, and we will arrange a refund. Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed. Items that are returned that do not meet our terms and conditions will not be refunded and will be returned at your cost. Parcels should be returned via some form of recorded service. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are signed for at our depot. Items must be returned by recorded delivery before receiving the item at our depot.
Please contact us before returning your item for the correct returns address, as all returns not recorded will NOT be processed.
Some of our lingerie and fashion products are very tight fitting, items returned with rips/tears or stretched will not be refunded. Some lingerie products are supplied in sealed packaging these items will not be refunded if packaging has been opened (NO EXCEPTIONS). Edencoeur Corsets are non returnable due to the intimate nature & design of this item (No Exceptions) unless faulty. N.B. Items are fully inspected before dispatch. If you know by looking at the item it is not going to fit, please return it within 7-days of receipt and we shall gladly replace it for a larger or smaller sized garment. La Femme Sexy are not liable for any postage costs, loss or damage of returned goods, therefore we advise an insured and signed for delivery method such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery Service. For reasons of hygiene, bodies, briefs/knickers, thongs, hosiery and toys will not be refunded (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Important Hosiery Returns Information - If you would like to return or exchange your hosiery product for an alternative size or colour then no problem, as long as the packaging has not been opened or the seal has been broken, and is within 7 days of purchase, we will accept the return using the returns procedure below.
We cannot accept non-faulty hosiery items for return if the package has been opened. Due to the intimate nature of these products they cannot be re-sold and would have to be discarded by ourselves. Would you want to wear them? Our strict returns guarantee you hosiery and lingerie that is brand new and unworn! Please Note:
Fantasy uniforms, costumes and outfits will only be exchanged and not refunded. Sorry but this term had to be imposed because of a small minority of customers abusing our returns policy at Halloween and Christmas.
Damages / Breakages
Great care is taken to make sure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If for some reason the item arrives and seems to be damaged, email us immediately, stating the order reference given and we will arrange a replacement. | |
